House of High Fidelity

Just had one of their tech flick off and then do the jack off sign to my wife, mother and sister that were in the car with me. We car pool together as a family. The heavyset bald man did this after almost hitting us with his work van!!! He merged in very 3 lanes without a blinker and by the grace of God didn’t hit up at the very last second. He decides we are at fault for him almost hitting us?!?!? Catches up to my sister and proceeds to flick her off and again do the jack off sign. Listen I’m a operations manager my job is to make sure people like this (scumbags with no integrity) do their job and the fact that the Hutch family hired a person of such moral depravity says all you need to know about this company

The House of High Fidelity, especially David Futch, are excellent. We have been dealing with him for years and he always returns our calls and goes above and beyond to take care of our needs. He doesn’t leave until we understand and know how to utilize our equipment. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible service. Very expensive. Also they don’t repair equipment like they state; my fender amp they serviced fell apart. They also told me my fender amp was worth few thousand dollars when it was really a model worth about $500. Really shady for being professionals. They also hold on to your equipment for like 3months. Stay away.

I had an exceptional experience at The House of High Fidelity in Naples. Pam was meticulous, attentive, and absolutely outstanding from the very beginning. She personally contacted McIntosh to manage the issue with my C49, took full responsibility for the entire process, and kept me informed every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, clear, and always timely. During my visit, she welcomed me with a genuine smile and gave me a complete tour of the shop, sharing the history of its origins back in 1957. Her deep knowledge of audio, combined with her natural skill in human relations, made the experience both professional and memorable. She represents the very best of what high-end audio service should be. This is exactly the kind of small business we need to support — built on true heritage. My sincere thanks also go to the entire store staff, including Mr. Garcia, whose expertise and support added even more value to the experience. Pam, I will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you for everything.

House of High Fidelity is a record store located close to Downtown Naples. They feature primarily very vintage records, (so rarely any from the 2000’s.) They also sell a lot of audio equipment, with some of it being on sale. It’s quite a unique vibe, featuring corridors and a whole repair shop. I unfortunately didn’t find anything I personally enjoy, however this may not be the case for the average person. Overall, if you are in the maker for (primarily vintage/used records) then this may be the place for you.
